Calder Casino, located in Miami Gardens, Florida near Hard Rock Stadium, home of the Miami Dolphins, offers casino gaming action in a 106,000 square-foot facility with approximately 1,100 slot machines. Churchill Downs Incorporated acquired the adjacent Calder Race Course, a thoroughbred racing facility, in April 1999 and added the casino venue in January 2010. Calder Casino and Race Course are located on 170 acres of land with a one-mile dirt track, 7/8 mile turf track, barns, and stabling facilities.
Hours of operation are 9am - 3am, and 24 hours on weekends.
